Paul Baker Scholarship

Awarded during the Senior Banquet at the end of the school year, senior dancers must exhibit the following characteristics to be considered for the scholarship:
- Innovation - A student who strives to find new ways to perform tasks or builds upon proven ways to improve the experience for all.
- Service - A student who serves the dance department, school and/or community. Service may include volunteering as a crew member, in school activity, religious facility or community organization.
- Education - A student who exhibits self motivation and seeks learning, growth and knowledge.
- Creative Exploration - A student who explores the arts outside of dance to create a well-rounded dance and/or performance experience.
A dancer must be a 4 year member of the Dance Guild to be eligible for the Paul Baker Scholarship. All nominees are reviewed and decided by a committee comprised of Dance Guild Board Members and Dance Conservatory Staff.
